Dr. Kiel joined Quantum Vision Centers, formerly Illinois Eye Surgeons, in 2013, after completing her Ophthalmology residency at Saint Louis University.
She practices Comprehensive Ophthalmology, with special interests in cataract and refractive surgery, as well as eyelid procedures. She sees patients in Godfrey, Glen Carbon, Granite City, and Staunton; and performs surgery in Glen Carbon (Edwardsville Surgery Center), Maryville, and Swansea.
Dr. Kiel graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University in 2005 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Biology. She received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University.
Her memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Illinois State Medical Society, and Madison County Medical Society.
Dr. Kiel grew up locally, in Calhoun County, Illinois. She is married and currently resides in Godfrey with her husband, daughter, and two labrador retrievers.
